Megan Kauppila

Megan Kauppila, 26, of Morganton, NC, beloved daughter of Alan and Laurie Sztuba Kauppila, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, July 5, 2017. She was born on December 25, 1990 in Worcester, Massachusetts. Megan was a graduate of the North Carolina School for the Deaf, Class of 2011. She loved swimming, being at the beach, bicycling, walking and drawing.
She was greatly loved and will be missed dearly by her parents, Alan Michael Kauppila and Laurie Sztuba Kauppila; brother, Matthew Kauppila; sister, Audrey Kauppila all of the home; maternal grandmother, “Irene” Joyce Sztuba of Grafton, MA; uncles, Glenn Kauppila and wife, Mary, Neil Kauppila and wife, Janice, Michael Sztuba and wife, Julie, John Sztuba and wife, Sue, all of MA; aunts, Beverly Donahue and husband, Bob, Marie Kauppila, Joanne L’Esperance and husband, Pete; and Steve and Jane Jordan, all of MA. We know Megan is at peace with our Lord.
The family will receive friends from 5:00pm until 7:00pm, Sunday, July 9, 2017 at Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center. A service will be held on Thursday, July 13, 2017 in Grafton, MA.
