Michael Dean Hudson

Michael Dean Hudson, 46, of Black Fort Dr., Star, NC died Sunday, December 2, 2007 at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC. He was born August 28, 1961 in Cleveland County, NC, and was a son of the late Cleatus Albert Hudson and Vernie Bell Chapman Hudson.He is survived by daughters, Dolly Clark and husband, Terry, and Karen Heavner and husband, John, all of Valdese, NC; brothers, Dennis Hudson of Star, NC, Alvin Hudson and Ricky Chapman, both of Newton, NC, and Norris Hudson and Kenneth Hudson, both of Glen Alpine, NC; sisters, Charlene Street, Annie Mae Walker, and Brenda Stroupe, all of Morganton; grandchildren, Dante, Alania, and Kindle Clark, and John and Breanna Heavner.Funeral services will be held at 300 p.m., Thursday, December 6, 2007 in the Colonial Chapel of Sossoman Funeral Home with Rev. Micah Piercy officiating. Burial will follow at Zion Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Lawndale, NC. The family will receive friends Thursday from 2 until 3 pm at the funeral home. At other times, the family will be at the residence of Brenda Stroupe, 2315 Mt. Home Church Ave., Morganton.
