For everyone who has been faithful with calls and visits or touched our lives and our mother in some way, we are eternally grateful. We would like to express our extra love and gratefulness to the medical profession that personally has taken care of her medical needs. We are extremely grateful to the staff of Family Medical Associates and especially Tracy Chapman who has attended to her for several years with great compassion and love. We are most blessed to have had her final day at Grace Heights Rehabilitation Center. Mother frequently spoke lovingly of each one of you. Your care and love for her and our family will always be remembered and cherished. Although her body was worn and she is no longer with us, her love and smiles will always remain.
