Nancy Ann Williams, 80 of Morganton entered her heavenly home on October 11, 2014. She was born in Morganton on December 25, 1933 to the late Ambrose C. Williams and Mary Hampton Farr Williams.
Nancy was retired from the recreation department of Broughton Hospital where she served as a musician for 36 years. She was a true lover of music and enjoyed entertaining the patients at Broughton Hospital as well as her family.
Surviving are a niece, Mary Anna Cooper and husband, Gary of Morganton; great niece, Melia Waters and husband, David of Morganton.
Graveside services for Nancy Ann Williams will be Monday, October 13, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at Burke Memorial Park with Jim Tabor officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to Burke Hospice & Palliative Care, 1721 Enon Rd., Valdese, NC 28690.
Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center is assisting the family with the arrangements.
