Pamela Carswell Williams (57) of Pearland, Texas passed through the Heavenly gates Thursday, August 11th, 2022. Pam was born in Burke County, NC to the late James G Carswell and Inez Carswell Ledbetter.
Pam was an outgoing intelligent individual. She attended Gaston College where she obtained her Associate Degree in Business Administration. Various career opportunities lead her to Houston, TX where she settled down with husband, Charles Williams and raised three beautiful children: Rachel (22), Elizabeth “Izzy” (20), and Charles “Charlie” Jr. (19). Her kids were the center of her heart. She was so very proud of each of them and never missed an opportunity to tell anyone about them. She was an avid animal lover whose heart belonged to her faithful companions: Ruby, Buddy, Weezy and Cocoa. Pam never missed an opportunity to make someone feel at home in her presence. Her hospitality was like no other. She was remembered fondly for her sweet, southern bell charm — and exceptional southern style cooking. Some of her favorite dishes include breaded pork chops, charro beans, deviled eggs, and Oreo truffles. She loved going to the beach and made many trips to Galveston, TX to make loving memories with her husband, kids, and family. Her love for nature was like no other. On the trips home to Burke, she loved to go to Walker Top to take in the old country church and beautiful natural surroundings. You could always find her admiring the sky whether that involved the sun or the moon. She was also extremely fascinated with studying Astrology. She was born in the Chinese New Year of the Snake. Plants and flowers were her absolute passion and she loved every color of tulip God created.
She is survived by her Husband Charles Williams of Pearland, TX. Daughters Rachel Williams and Elizabeth “Izzy” Williams of Pearland, TX. Son Navel Airman Charles "Charlie" Williams Jr. of Virgina Beach, VA. Mother-in-law Jan Williams of Magnolia, Texas. Brother-in-law Paul Williams of Magnolia, Texas.
