Patricia Crawford

Patricia Crawford, 73, of Morganton went to her Heavenly home on Thursday, September 7, 2017.  Born in Catawba County, NC on April 26, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Harold Pitts and Zelda Rolene Yoder Pitts.  Patricia was a member of First Baptist Church in Morganton.  She graduated from the NC School for the Deaf and retired from Kimbrell Glass.  She cherished her dear friends.

Patricia is survived by siblings, Betty Gragg of Hickory, NC, James R. Pitts and wife, Helen, of Plumtree, NC, Carolyn Isenhour and husband, John Paul “Pete”, of Hickory, Jerry Pitts and wife, Tonya, of Hickory, Donna Hollar and husband, Fred, of Hickory, and Richard Pitts and wife, Jennifer, of Lincolnton, NC.

In addition to her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmie Ray Crawford.

The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 am, Saturday, September 9, 2017 in the parlor of First Baptist Church.  The funeral will follow at 11 am in the chapel of the church with the Rev. Tom Lineberger officiating.  The graveside service will be held at 2:30 pm, Saturday at Garrett-Hillcrest Cemetery in Waynesville, NC.
