Priscilla “Jane” Brown

Priscilla “Jane” Brown, 84, of Hickory, NC died Monday, January 6, 2020.  Born in Burke County, NC on Gus Duckworth and Georgia “Buck” Duckworth.  Jane was a member of New Fellowship Baptist Church in Winston-Salem.

Jane is survived by her siblings, Barbara Duckworth Dean, Frank Duckworth, Joyce Duckworth Austin and Angela Duckworth Martin.

In addition to her parents, Jane was preceded in death by her husband, George William “Bill” Brown; and son, Talmadge Augustus “Tab” Brown.

The funeral will be held at 1 p.m., Wednesday, January 8, 2020 in the Colonial Chapel of Sossoman Funeral Home with Revs. Jerry Gamble and David Orders officiating.  Burial will follow in Burke Memorial Park.
