I remember Ralph as the Vocational Rehabilitation counselor at NCSD in 1966. I was grateful when he helped me with the supports I needed to attend Gallaudet College (now University ) in Washington, D.C. He was very nice and sincere. He gave me the words of encouragement which I never forget because I was little nervous for being away from home. Bless him!
