Ralph Lee Saulman

Ralph Lee Saulman, 74, of Morganton, NC passed away Sunday, June 25, 2017. Ralph was born March 19, 1943 in Burke County, NC and was the son of the late Albert Lee Saulman and Frances Taylor Saulman. He liked to work in flower gardens and do yard work. Ralph helped with Meals on Wheels. He worked at Drexel Heritage for 33 ½ years and Wright Table for 12 years. Ralph was a member of El Bethel Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by siblings, Marie Craig, Larry Richard Saulman and Steve “Wormy” Saulman.
He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Marilynn Silver Saulman; son, Jonathan “Jon” Saulman and wife Kelly of Morganton; grandson, Grant Saulman; brother, Charles Saulman and wife, Mary of Morganton; special niece, Shelby Price and husband, Kevin; and a number of nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, June 29, 2017 at El Bethel Baptist Church. The service will follow at the church at 2:00p.m. with Rev. Ron Cooper officiating. Burial will follow at Burke Memorial Park.
