Richard Allen Freeman

Richard Allen Freeman, Jr., 61, of Cascade St., Morganton, NC died Saturday, July 12, 2008 at Grace Hospital. He was born May 12, 1947 in New York City, NY, and was the son of the late Richard Allen Freeman and Eula Elizabeth Warner Freeman.Richard is survived by his wife, Therese Snider Freeman of the home; sons, Colby Webster Freeman, Richard Allen Freeman, III, Adam Jeffery Freeman, and Jacob Joseph Freeman, all of Raleigh, NC; a daughter, Nicole Freeman Finley and husband, Scott, of Raleigh; sisters, Elizabeth Freeman Gephant of Raleigh, and Emily Carson Freeman of Emerald Isle, NC; 3 grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.A Celebration of Life will be held at 12 Noon, Wednesday, July 16, 2008 at the First Assembly of God Church in Raleigh. The family will receive friends immediately following the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the Sudan Project, c/o First Assembly of God, 3249 Blue Ridge Rd., Raleigh, NC 27612.
