Richard Howard Baugher

Richard Howard Baugher, 70, died Saturday, May 11, 2013. He was born in Harford County, MD on July 21, 1942 and was a son of the late William Howard and Ida Petty Baugher. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Stevie.Surviving is his wife of 42 years, Jeanette Herman Baugher, of the home; one brother; and three sisters.A memorial services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 14, 2013 in the Colonial Chapel of Sossoman Funeral Home.
