Robin Farris Beaver, 59, of Morganton, NC, went to her heavenly home Saturday, November 5, 2022.
Born in Burke County, NC on October 9, 1963, she was the daughter of the late Lemuel Farris, Jr. and Ruby Patton Farris. Robin was a member of Mulls Grove Baptist Church.
Robin was loved by many. She loved her family dearly, and most of all, she loved being a Nana. Robin was known for her love of Christmas. She enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking, creating special crafts, and decorating for the season.
Robin is survived by her husband, James “Jim” Beaver; daughter, Leslie Gragg (Johnathan); granddaughter, Elly Gragg; brothers, Marlow (Debbie), Dwight (Jann), and Mark Farris (Susan); and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at Bethel United Methodist Church on Dysartsville Road. The funeral will be held at noon in the church with Rev. Drs. Wayne Johnson and Donald Farris officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center is assisting the family with the arrangements.
