Ruby Joyce Broyles Turner

Ruby Joyce Broyles Turner, 60, of Perkins Ave., Morganton, NC died unexpectedly, Tuesday, June 12, 2007 at her residence. She was born Oct. 29, 1946 in Knox Co., TN, and was a daughter of the late James Broyles and Hazel Robertson Broyles. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Turner; and a son, Michael Broyles.Ruby is survived by sons, Richard Turner and Jesse Blanco, both of Morganton; daughters, Sherry Bowman and husband, Christopher, and Julie Blanco, all of Morganton; 5 brothers; 2 sisters; and 8 grandchildren.A Celebration of Life service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, June 16, 2007 at Ruby’s residence.
