Committal
Rylee Jackson Carswell, infant son of Derreck Carswell and Michaela Ruthann Tweed, passed away Saturday, May 18, 2024.
Rylee was already loved by many and will be dearly missed. To Rylee: “Each new life, no matter how brief, forever changes the world.”
In addition to his parents, Rylee is survived by siblings, Brixton Kane Carswell and Gracelynn Ella Warren; maternal grandmother, Crickett Lytle; paternal grandfather, Dennis Carswell; and aunt, Megan Thompson.
Rylee was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Alvin “Buddy” Tweed.
The memorial service will be held at 3 p.m., Sunday, June 2, 2024 at Morganton Church of Christ with Rev. Tim Horton officiating.
Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center is assisting the family with the arrangements.
