Sadie Norman

Sadie Odell Norman, 67, of Morganton, NC passed away Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at Frye Regional Medical Center.  Born in Burke County, NC on March 6, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Bessie Odell Norman.  Sadie had worked at Continental Teves for 19 years and loved to garden.

Mrs. Norman is survived by her daughter, Pam Jarrell and her husband, Teddy, of Dry Creek, WV; grandchildren, Kerri Campbell, Andy Burnette, and Christopher Francis, all of Morganton; great-grandchildren, Jasmine and Aiden Campbell; sisters, Ellen Webb and Faye Crisp and her husband, Bill, all of Salisbury; and brothers, Thomas Norman and Danny Norman, both of Morganton.

In addition to her mother, Sadie was preceded in death by a daughter, Susan Brown.

The memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, February 13, 2015 in the Colonial Chapel of Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center with the Rev. David Turbyfield officiating.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. prior to the service.
