Sharon DeHart Padgett, 62, of Morganton, NC, died Sunday, November 17, 2024.

Born in Gaston County, NC on April 15, 1962, she was the daughter of the late Ellis Charles DeHart and Betty Jo Sawyer DeHart.

Sharon was a member of the North Morganton Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Jehovah God has Sharon’s name etched in his memory and Jesus will soon call her to get up and welcome to your Paradise Earth. Where death and sickness will be no more and you will live in eternity. Psalm 37:11 and Isaiah 11: 6-9

Sharon loved her family, being outside, working with her flowers, her pets, beading necklaces and bracelets, and she was a serious student of the Bible.

Sharon is survived by her husband, David Lee Padgett; daughter, Leslie Marie Piercy (Bill); grandson, Jacob Piercy; brothers, Allen DeHart (Martha) and Joey DeHart (Melinda); sister-in-law, Diane Padgett (Harry); and she was the loving aunt of Emily DeHart, Ellis DeHart, and Kimberly Perkins.
