Aunt Thelma was always nice to us kids growing up. I’ll always remember her kind voice. Never once heard her raise her voice in anger. When I lived in Greensboro, I would pick her up to go shopping, and we would walk out into the yard and look at her plants! She had huge blueberry bushes! She had such a way with all kinds of plants! I will miss her!
