Thelma Sue Moses, 69, of Morganton, NC, gained her Heavenly wings on Sunday, December 22, 2019. She was born on July 10, 1950 in Virginia to the late Thelma Virginia Mayhew Kerns. She worked at Butch’s BBQ Restaurant. She loved to read romance novels and drink coffee. Thelma loved to sew. She loved her children and her dogs, Diamond and Casey.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Ervin Moses, Sr.; sister, Jean.
She is survived by a son, Billy Moses II (Sylvia); daughters, Cheryl Ann Moses Patton (Jimmy) and Crystal Gail Moses; grandchildren, Nicholas, Hunter, Jerry, Patrick, Martha, Timothy.
There will be a celebration of Thelma’s life at a later date.
Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center is assisting the family with the arrangements.
