Thomas “Tommy” Mull

Thomas “Tommy” Mull, 50, of Morganton passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, September 18, 2018.  Born in Burke County, NC on April 27, 1968, he was the son of Ronald James Mull of Morganton and Mary Harwood Clay (John) of Lenoir.

Tommy was a loving family man who stayed active.  He worked as sales representative for Case Farms.

In addition to his parents, Tommy is survived by his daughter, India Mull (and her mother, Kristen Pearson); grandmother, Mary Lee Mull; brothers, Brian Barrier (Michelle) of Morganton, Mike Barrier (Elaine) of Morganton, and Steve Barrier (Teresa) of Newland; and sisters, Sandra and Stacey Woody, both of Morganton.

Mr. Mull was preceded in death by sisters, Lynne Mull and Pam Beck; brothers; Allen and Bobby Woody; step-mother, Nancy Mull; step-father, Roy Barrier; and great-grandmother, Leithie Dale.

The family will receive friends from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m., Sunday, September 23, 2018 at Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center.  The funeral will be held at 3:30 p.m. in the Colonial Chapel of the funeral home with Dr. Jack Hodges officiating.  Burial will follow in Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.
