Tracie Darnell Fox King, 50, of Morganton, NC passed away Friday, August 10, 2018. Born February 6, 1968 in Burke County, NC, she was the daughter of William Nixon Fox and the late Virginia Dare Powell Fox. Tracie’s greatest loves were her children, grandbaby and her poodles.
In addition to her father, “Nick” Fox of Morganton, she is survived by her husband, Rich King of the home; daughters, Ashley Church and husband, Jeffrey and Amanda King, all of Fairview, NC; granddaughter, Reese Church; and brother, Mark Fox and wife, April of Vass, NC.
The family will receive friends from 1 – 2 p.m., Wednesday, August 15, 2018 at Sossoman Funeral Home. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, August 15 in the Colonial Chapel of Sossoman Funeral Home with Rev. Norris Wright officiating. Burial will follow at Burke Memorial Park Cemetery.
