Ulah Osa Booten

Ulah Osa Booten, 98, of Hickory, NC died Saturday, March 4, 2017. She was born in Wayne County, WV on August 22, 1918 and was the daughter of the late Osie Pyles and Bertha McClure Pyles.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph E. Booten.
She is survived by son, John Mark Booten of Huntington, WV; daughters, Mary Beth Evans of Hurdlemills, NC and Joan Jackson of Hickory, NC; brother, Pierce Pyles of Huntington, WV; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
The family will have a memorial service at a later date in Huntington, WV.
Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center is assisting the family with the arrangements.
