Virginia Lee “Jenny” Poston

Virginia Lee “Jenny” Poston, 86, of Morganton, NC died Saturday, April 14, 2018.  Born in Rush County, Indiana on June 7, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Samuel Feeback and Myrtle Million Feeback.  Jenny was a Christian woman who enjoyed reading and spending time with family and friends.

Mrs. Poston is survived by her sons, Terry (Elaine) Poston of Memphis, TN, Dennis (Sherry) Poston of Orlando, FL, Robert Poston of Orlando, Doug (Gladys) Poston of Morganton, and Jessie (Rebecca) Poston of Morganton; 15 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; a brother, Glen Feeback of Conover, NC; and a sister, Emma Lou Moore of Rushville, IN.

In addition to her parents, Jenny was preceded in death by her husband, Billy J. Poston; daughters, Susan Poston and Sandra Smith; brothers, Thanuel and Ernest Feeback; and sisters, Gladys Mae Rouse and Viola Stephens.

The family will receive friends from 1 to 2:30 p.m., Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at Sossoman Funeral Home.  The graveside service will follow at 3 p.m. in Burke Memorial Park with Rev. Stephen Jones officiating.
