Vivian Simpson Beach

Vivian Simpson Beach, 85, of Morganton died Thursday, October 4, 2018.  Born in Burke County on October 26, 1932, she was a daughter of the late Frank Ernest Simpson and Della Evelyn Watson Simpson.

Vivian was a devoted mother and grandmother who loved her family dearly.  She was loved by all that knew her.

In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her sister, Annie Simpson, and brother, Bobby Simpson.

Vivian is survived by her daughter, Joy Beach Anderson and husband, Darryl, of Greensboro; grandson, Noah Anderson of Greensboro; step-children, Bobby Beach Jr., Randy Beach, and Lisa Beach, all of Greensboro; brother, Ivey Simpson of Morganton; and a number of nieces, nephews, and extended family.

The family will have a visitation of friends from 3 – 5 p.m., Saturday, October 13, 2018 at Sossoman Funeral Home.
