Wanda Clark Feimster

Wanda Clark Feimster, 76, of Morganton, NC passed away with her children, husband, and best friends by her side and returned home to her Heavenly Father on Friday, October 16, 2020. She was born on July 28, 1944 to the late Manly Clark, Sr. and Mary Crowder Clark. Wanda was a veteran of the US Army serving during the Vietnam Conflict at the Pentagon. She retired from Burke County Social Services after 23 years of service.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by six brothers.

Wanda is survived by her husband, Steve Feimster; children, Steve Rodriquez (Donna), Cyndi Klucharich (Michael), Aaron Rodriquez, Andrew Rodriquez, Janet Walker (Billy), Darrell Feimster (Debbie), and Troy Feimster (Heather); grandchildren, Colton Rodriquez, Holly Culp, Noah and Gavin Klucharich, Adrienne Fairchild, Jessica and Olivia Rodriquez, Kobe Campbell, Samuel Earl and Hayden Baker, great-grandchildren Bonnie Peek and Calla Drews; brother, Mark Wayne Clark.

The family will receive friends from 5:00pm-7:00pm, Monday, October 19, 2020 at Sossoman Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 2:00pm, Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints with Alex Cobb officiating. Burial will follow at Burke Memorial Park. Military honors will be provided by the NC National Guard.

Memorial contributions may be made to Breast Cancer Research Foundation or Wounded Warriors.
