Wayne Styles, 86 of Morganton, passed away peacefully at his home on Monday, April 27, 2020. Born on July 20, 1933 in Yancey County, son of the late Landon Gilbert Styles and Pansy Mae McIntosh Styles. Wayne was a member at Heritage Baptist Church and worked in the furniture industry, where he retired.
Wayne is survived by his wife, Alyce Burleson Styles; brothers, Steve and Reese Styles and their wives; and a great-niece, Lexi Christie of the home.
A private graveside will be held at Burke Memorial Park with a celebration of his life service at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contribution may be made to Heritage Baptist Church Missionary Fund.
