Willa Mae Causby Mull

Willa Mae Causby Mull, 90, of Morganton, NC passed away on Monday, November 28, 2016 at her residence. Born in Burke County on April 7, 1926, she was a daughter of the late Raymond L. Causby and Etta M. Franklin Causby.
Mrs. Mull was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who loved her family dearly. She enjoyed seeing the beautiful flowers and wildlife around her home. Her greatest joy was caring for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved doing special things for them.
Mrs. Mull is survived by sons, Major A. Buff and wife, Naomi, Roy L. Buff, Larry F. Buff and wife, Jeannette, and Jim Buff and wife, Linda; grandchildren, Tammy Farris, Adrienne Rich, Brandi Wood, Nikki Patton, Tonya Scott, Lucas Buff, and Katie Buff; and great-grandchildren, Emily Farris, Tanner Patton, Marcus Patton, Andrew Wood, and Addy Scott. She is also survived by a brother, Clifford “Buddy” Causby; a host of nieces and nephews; and her extended family.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Mull was preceded in death by her sister, Margaret C. Garrison.
The family will receive friends from 3:00-4:00 p.m., Thursday, December 1, 2016 at Sossoman Funeral Home. The funeral will be held at 4:00 p.m. in the Colonial Chapel of Sossoman Funeral Home with Eddy Bunton officiating. Entombment will follow at Burke Memorial Park Mausoleum.

The family will be at the residence of Larry and Jeannette Buff.
