I have many fond memories of Gary. All of our fishing trips on Lake James, Pee Dee River, Lake Norman, and many others lakes. We would spend all weekend fishing and camping. We would hit the lake at day break and fish till way after dark. I first met Gary At Valdese Weavers in 1998 and he quickly became friends with my husband Bob and myself. Gary was a great friend and he would do anything for anyone. He will be missed by many. He is in the arms of Jesus. See you soon my friend.

Tyler I know we do not know each other well, but in reading your dad's obituary I put two and two together. We want to send our condolences on his passing and especially at such a young age. May our loving Lord be with you as you and family and friends negotiate the grieving process.
