I grew up next door to my cousin Bo. We spent nearly every day together either on the bus ride to and from school, after school and many days in the summer riding our bikes up and down the road, playing video games and listening to Hank Williams Jr. We had a lot of adventures together and Bo was truly a good hearted friend and cousin. I haven't been able to see him much since those days but those memories will last forever. We always heard stories about how our dads did the same thing and I'm sure our Grandpa's did too especially since they were 3 boys with 5 sisters. My condolences to the rest of the family and I really hate he passed so soon; especially since we are the same age. I know others that hold those same kinds of memories will miss him greatly.

I went all through Glen Alpine and Freedom with Bo. He was always smiling and making everyone laugh. He was definitely a good ole boy. Last time I seen him was at our 30 year Freedom high school reunion (1992). I sat with him and his wife awhile and talked about the good ole Glen Alpine days. He will definitely be missed. RIP. 🙏
