Jonathan “Jon” Wayne Crowder, 54, of Morganton, NC, passed away Wednesday, April 10, 2024.
Born in Burke County, NC on June 29, 1969, he was the son of Ralph Crowder, Jr. and Carolyn Bernice Walker Crowder. Jon enjoyed riding motorcycles, singing karaoke, being a DJ, and he was a fabulous dancer.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Crowder is survived by his wife, Lara Blackledge Crowder; and children, Brandon “Alice” Crowder and Dustin Moretz.
The memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, April 12, 2024 in the Colonial Chapel of Sossoman Funeral Home. The family will greet friends following the service.
Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center is assisting the family with the arrangements.
