Laurie Bryant Traywick, 60, of Morganton, NC, passed away Saturday, September 30, 2023.

Born in Lexington, VA on September 7, 1963, she was the daughter of the late Ollie Dean Bryant and Betty Bane Bryant.

Laurie was a beautiful and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to all. She loved people. No matter who you were, she would greet you with hug full of infectious love, joy, and warmth. A selfless person, she was always willing to help and put other before herself. Laurie was hardworking and never let anyone around her go without. Her love for her grandchildren was infinite, and no words could explain the tenderness she had in her hearts for her babies. She will be forever loved and deeply missed.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Zach Traywick; children, Christopher Traywick, Phillip Traywick (Lilly), and Heather Kelley (Alex); grandchildren, Jaden Traywick, Ryland Traywick, Genesis Traywick, Elijah Traywick, Samuel Kelley, and Krimson Willett; and sister, Nancy Jackson (Darryl).

A private service for Laurie will be held at a later date.

Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center is assisting the family with the arrangements.
